I received a call and email back from the Attorney Generals office and this is what they advised.I have copied and pasted below. This person also said that if more people went to their website to file with in days of each other it would get more notice and a quicker response. So I'd say if we can all can try to tackle this starting Monday July 26th this may be helpful.
Thank you for contacting the Office of Attorney General Maura Healey. I am writing to acknowledge receipt of a recent message you sent to the Office. If you are looking to reach a specific staff member or division please call the Attorney General's Office at 617-727-2200 and a live operator may be able to direct you.
If you wish to file a complaint with our office you may go to our website at www.mass.gov/ago and file an online complaint. Please be advised that the Attorney General's Office cannot accept complaints via email, in order for your complaint to be recorded and processed a complaint form must be filled out.
Even when we are unable to offer assistance, we make note of every complaint received. We may also refer your concern to a different state or federal agency that, in our estimation, may better address your situation.
As always, thank you for contacting our Office.

Summer & Fall Options
Hello Backstage Families and Friends,
Before we share our new studio class information I would like to invite you all to check out who is in our "STUDENT SPOTLIGHT" featuring Jackie S. one our our wonderful students. Find out more on our website at http://backstageashland.com
We are very excited about our NEW satelitte BDC location which is extremely spacious and also has a in house stage!
Please know that we do understand there are mixed feelings about going back to school and dance during these uncertain times. So we are offering 2 options for families.
1- Classes in person in Ashland following the CDC regulations for safety.
2- Classes that we will stream Live for students to join from home.
We will be offering classes in 4 week sessions only with a monthly theme for each session. There will be a 2 month commitment as you register for each session. Each new session will include an exclusive Backstage Dance Box filled with a lesson plan and lots of surprises for each student to use during class time. Learning online can be difficult for some students so we have designed a special subscription gift for all who enroll to help children engage. It is not advised to share class props during this time so each student will get their own to keep. We feel running classes in sessions is the best option for parents and students during this time of uncertainty. This way we can move forward one step at a time without a huge financial committment.
At anytime should we be forced to shut down by the government or need to adjust our schedule we will finish out our class/session virtually.
No matter which option you choose your child will receive our BDC exclusive dance box.
If you do not feel comfortable registering for classes at this time you can still sign up for our Backstage in a Box subscription which will include a private link to pre-recorded class instruction and all the goodies as well.
We have attached our fall schedule and you can register online now (make sure you are in the correct session for "Classes 2020-21". Summer session is "Summer 2020".
Because our world has changed so much and we are running classes differently (in sessions) we will not be charging a registration fee or a fee for the installment plans. We will not be accepting credit cards at this time so we can additionally pass those saving on to our customers as well.
We will be registering just 10 students per class so if you would like a spot at the studio (in person) please register early.
If you have any questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Check out new satelitte location on our private FB group ~ What's the Scoop.
Wishing you all a safe and happy summer!

I have recently had some health issues that have made it difficult for me to physically teach temporaraly. For the next few weeks you will be seeing some of my favorite teachers and assistants covering for me or helping in class. It is quite frustrationg for me to have my teaching interupted and it is difficult for me to be imobile. On a good note I am very much enjoying observing my dancers from the side lines and taking great notes. I am amazed at what I have observed tonight from our Level I students who worked with Miss Olivia. I was very happy to see that they had retained all that they had learned last season which will allow us to quickly move forward with technique.
As always I would like to remind everyone that the first few weeks of class we are observing student placement to assure that each student is learning in a class that is appropriate for eavh individual and a great fit. If you have any questions about your childs class/placement please let us know sooner than later:) If we feel that a change in class is nessesary we will notify you as wel to discuss this matter further.
Please note that all Monday classes will end on May 13th so we can make up for some holiday classes.
I will post a few of the great pictures I was able to take while oberserving my dancers. Check them out on the studio "Private" FB Group called What's the SCOOP. If you have not requested to join please do so.
We will not be starting team rehearsals until next week.
